Kate offers one-to-one sessions in a local pool on Portland for all abilities, making swimming more efficient and fun to meet your needs. Plus, she runs small pool group courses if required. She can also offer training and stroke correction in her endless pool. This is a perfect opportunity to see yourself in the specially placed mirrors underwater.

Video Analysis

Kate offers a video analysis in the pool she uses on Portland and also at her own endless pool at home.

This includes:

• Time spent looking at your stroke, giving instant feedback;

• Practice drills to help correct

• Filming of your stroke for you to see and have as a record, to view at your own leisure
